Isn't it amazing how bad our luck is?Why didn’t Clark make a dumb pass against us?
No kidding. Where was that bonehead play 4 years ago? Clark was more composed as a true freshman than as a senior. Pffft.Isn't it amazing how bad our luck is?
Refs have screwed iowa on some key callsHas Iowa ever attempted to play defense since Fran became coach? Bunch of bullfighters minus the Capotes.
his recruiting sucks, Rebraca, both of his kids, Ulis are all subs masquerading as starters, need more athletes. Lost to a better team w/ more athletesHas Iowa ever attempted to play defense since Fran became coach? Bunch of bullfighters minus the Capotes.
that foul on Auburn was a joke near the end where Rebraca got bailed out, Perkins traveled before a made shot on their run in 2nd halfRefs have screwed iowa on some key calls
Auburn more athletic, played better D, and Iowa poor D. BIG 10 is one really good team and a bunch of ave. teamsMurray jacking 11 three point shots. The team was 7 of 27. Stats were pretty even but Auburn had 6 blocks and hit 5 more FTs. SEC better than the B1G so far.

You aren't wrong. Iowa may have been able to pull off the comeback otherwise. How is it a number 9 seed gets to play in their home state, 2 hours from campus? Not a fan of Auburn or Pearl for that matter.Refs have screwed iowa on some key calls
Let's go Shrews!! Big 12 blowout!!
Meh whatever conf they are these daysSEC?
Dang - Shrewsberry told Buzz - "We got the Funk!"
Penn State was impressive indeed as Funk had 27 and Pickett with 19/7/8. Sets up a good one with the Longhorns on Saturday.

That was my thought. We're any even favorites going into the games? NW maybe?Considering that all the Big Ten teams that played yesterday were in the 7-10 seed range, 3-2 is respectable.
hook em horns !!!SEC?

Yes...they were giving 2.That was my thought. We're any even favorites going into the games? NW maybe?
Same for me. I KNOW it's been 50 years since I've done that. I've even flown to Vegas and sat in the pit for four days. Not sure why this year. Just have other stuff happening, I guess. Can't remember the last time it happened, but I did not watch one second of college basketball yesterday. Not even highlights.
I could not figure A&M out. We now live about 40 min from College Station, so went up and saw them play vs LSU and Alabama. Thought they looked really good at times but had holes. PSU had a good game plan.Haha - yeah, hard to keep track of these days sometimes.
Aggies were a trendy pick - I did think they were under-seeded but ran into their own buzzsaw tonight.
I was shocked at how well PSU handled them. I figured that game as a pick em but wow.I could not figure A&M out. We now live about 40 min from College Station, so went up and saw them play vs LSU and Alabama. Thought they looked really good at times but had holes. PSU had a good game plan.
Also saw on Twitter this morning some people chatting about how in the hell Purdue beat them three times this year.I was shocked at how well PSU handled them. I figured that game as a pick em but wow.
I'm not interested, anymore, unless Purdue is playing and I have to forcibly occupy myself with something else when Purdue does play because I get too agitated. Given all that, I honestly don't enjoy the tournament very much. I think a single elimination tournament is kind of a crappy way to determine a basketball champion. It's dramatic (and, thus, popular even with those who don't normally pay attention) and gamblers love it, so it makes a ton of money and it will never change. Can't remember the last time it happened, but I did not watch one second of college basketball yesterday.
