Why wouldn't we be able to shift the scholarships. There is no way the cap is a hard 25. That would make things difficult and you potentially wouldn't be able to field 85 scholarships.
For example lousville will have like 5 recruits this year. How do they make up for that the next year with a hard 25 cap ?

You might want to check the date on that story. Rule has changed this year...

It changed but it’s not clear you can’t still shift up to 5 early enrollees. Talks of Blue shirt, gray shirt loopholes closed but no mention of the early enrollee being closed

I've Googled and found no new rule changes this year. none. Judging by the silence of the others, it seems no one can find it either. If you can find it, I'll eat crow. If not, youre just as full of gooseshite as the loosier stadium.
