We paid $750 for 3 seats outside of Rupp...

...in 2002 for the IU v. Kent State game to go to the Final Four. I think that was slightly above face but maybe the law has changed since then.

I'd just be discreet when it comes to scalping. It's probably not strongly enforced, but if you're literally standing outside of the arena trading dollar bills, it may be a bit more "noticed"...
