Okay so I am still giddy from the game yesterday, but I actually cannot wait for next season (yes I know there is a lot left to be played).

Especially if AJH decides to come back... look out... this team plays well together, they like being around one another and at any given moment ANY of them can spark the team to victory/

Future is so very bright.

I agree...I think they'll work really hard this summer and keep pushing each other to get better.

When will Cline and Weatherford be on campus? Are they able to work out with the team, or do they need to officially matriculate before they can join in? I'm just wondering if there would be any liability concerns if they're not actually enrolled as students.

I don't like how flat they have come out multiple times in games especially at home but it's been one of the best adjusting teams in a while especially at half. Gotta believe some of it is young team unfamiliar with opponent and the other is the coach pulling the right levers. Which honestly have baffled me at times but that why he gets millions.

Agree on your summer thing.

Not sure on Cline or Weatherford... I'm interested in how Weatherford's game translates to the college game.

AJH stays.

+ Swanigan...

BOOM BABY!!!!!

I really hope AJH stays. I think it would really be the best thing for him. His stock will only rise, just like Kominsky has done this yr. He still has lots of work to do, IMO, and could go down as an all-time beloved Boilermaker.

Hold on, hold on........this team rules????? Not according to this guy

The only real concern would be replacing JO. It'd be nice to know right now who the heir apparent will be, but I'm pretty confident that we will be okay.

It is so nice to be trending upwards.

I still wonder if Bryson Scott is staying. I know P.J. Thompson had the best game of his young career, but I still figured that Scott would get more than a minute of action, even if it was because he didn't practice well (or whatever the case was). It seems like a situation similar to last season (when CMP knew that RJ was going to transfer but told him to finish out the season and still played him) could be going on with Scott, but who knows for sure.

If Scott leaves, JC PG Benji Bell is a good "early option" (everything is early after the Octeus situation) to go after.

Please stop spreading rumors and thoughts. We have literally 0 idea.

I'd like to go 1 week without people speculating about Bryson.

Yeah, why do we NEED to know right now. Enjoy the ride while it's running. We didn't know this year until after fall classes started who JO was let alone if he could help.

I should stop spreading thoughts?!

Lol, it's a message board and we know for a fact that CMP was upset enough with Scott to kick him out of practice at least once, plus not play him in several games. He's started before, so him not playing is different then people comparing it to say, Ryne Smith having DNP's as a sophomore (I've seen that example used here before).

I want him to stay if he wants to stay but sometimes people follow their intuition and mine tells me that it's realistic he might leave, due to having an idea of his personality, that he has a twin brother playing at Indiana State, and butting heads with CMP often enough to be benched.

Bryson's engagement in this team's success, his growth as a player, and his opportunity next year all contribute to my gut feeling that he would not leave the team. He has repeated said that Ray Davis has been instrumental in keeping his perspective and in his growth. No way he walks away from this team. The guys are too close. ...but hey, that's just my gut feel.
