The games we have been losing the other teams have been shooting lights out. It can happen to anybody in any game. Just because a team gets red hot and just can't miss doesn't make us a bad team. Tired of all of the Purdue "fans" being so negative after a loss. You guys do realize that Iowa is the number 9 team in the country and beat a very very good MSU team twice right?

Purdue is a good team, at times very good .... just not a great team. They have a lot of pieces, Hammons, Swanigan, Haas, Edwards. But Davis is not playing as well as last year; erratic point guard play, and inconsistent outside shooting. To be great those 3 have to improve.

I beg to differ, but I am as biased as you, although hopefully a little more objective. Uthoff was the best player on the court tonight & I don't know how anyone could argue otherwise. Him and our play as a TEAM is the main reason Purdue lost.

I get tied of the weak-ass fans that post right after a loss with stuff like "Now we won't win another game!" or "Probably everyone else in the BIG will beat us..." Just stop!

Yep. And what is worse is they don't even see their own hypocrisy. This is why I avoid this forum more often than not anymore. You can't have a serious discussion without the "experts" forcing their opinion on you and the whine when called on it.

Oh well, there are other sites where you can discuss these things with rational people. This site is more entertainment than anything else.
