Back when I hired people, these miscreants would have zero luck getting hired.
But now where my wife works, one of the top companies in Indiana, they hire everyone you saw in the video, based on DEI. Doesn't matter that most have no work ethic, according to my wife, but represent, and you have a ticket for gainful employment, reguardless of production output.
Meanwhile, most long timers there have noted, profit sharing way down, order completion slowed, and regular hour production down. Of course overtime up, because someone has to make up for the many slackers they hired.
