However.....

Turnovers! I dont want to blame any one player for this, but when games are tight, cute passes have been our Achilles heal. The jump first, pass second, clearly causes issues.

Edey, while scoring a lot, missed a lot of shots he'd normally get. The ball did not roll his way.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the 3s & 4s seem to not have a major input in the current offence. Was it because NU was that much quicker?

I wouldn’t call them cute passes but I would call them careless or high risk passes. And sometimes it’s WHEN those passes are made. Earlier in the half Braden fights for a loose ball under our offensive basket that resulted in an overhead no look pass to Caleb that he dunks and everyone is rockin’. But in OT Braden drives, when we are up one, and tries that same pass to Zach and it results in a pick six two on one break. It was said last night how well Boo Buie ‘plays off two feet’. Couldn’t agree more, and I think Braden will get that as he ages. He has a bit of a gunslinger attitude right now. Time and score and value the basketball!

The 3’s and 4’s in this offensive personnel are asked to hit open corner and wing threes and CRASH THE GLASS WITH RECKLESS ABANDON. We don’t have the Robbie Hummel style four right now. I have no problem with our offensive philosophy actually. I just want to value the basketball!!

Bradens been getting away with the jump pass sh*t all season. He really needs to learn to just come to a damn stop if there's nowhere to go. Most frustrating part of his game.

The 3's and 4's scoring is totally hit or miss. Mostly miss. Of course you have to recognize that spacing to give Zach the most room doesn't leave much for 4's to do. And lord knows, having Caleb on the 3 pt line isnt' helping a dang thing.

I was being sarcastic calling them cute. They are bad decisions.
