I apologize if this has already been mentioned. I haven't read all the post regarding Ross-Ade renovation and moving of the students. I feel that real reason for the moving the students out of their current location to the south end zone is all about money. With the move, the athletic department just opened up a gold mine of new seats that they will be able to get MORE money in selling than they do with the student prices. Whatever design that they could come up with would not generate as much revenue selling to the general public as they are going to get with the new available seats. If you look at the ticket prices on the opposite side of the stadium that they currently have, you can see that they could get for those new seats. The south end zone seats would not be at a premium compared to the current student section. Again, unfortunately, or fortunately depending on your view of things, it all comes down to $$$$. The heck with tradition. Let's just see how much money we can get. Now, visiting opponents will now be able to get more prime seats, just think of Ohio State fans.

I just wonder if any other knuckleheads come to this same conclusion. Any thoughts?
