Add Oregon. None of these jobs directly affect us but the ripple might. Let's say we are looking for a candidate rated a 6-7. These jobs may be a 9-10. But if there is a 9-10 coach at a 6-7 institution, they may move on leaving another job we would be competing with. Say a Larry Fedora at UNC goes to Tennessee hypothetically, then we would be competing with UNC now for a candidate.

Jones isn't going anywhere. Tenn was decimated by injuries this year! Kelly isn't either. He just got an extention last year.
