IMO, Oklahoma St. and Kanas gives the B1G the best football and basketball adds IF the B1G is only looking at the Big 12. If all options are on the table take a run at A&M in Texas or Texas Tech and a Florida St!

Not really, as I understand the criteria, as they're not members of the Association of American Universities (AAU). Kansas, Iowa State, Virginia, and Duke are.....along with Georgia Tech, Vanderbilt, North Carolina, Pitt, and Texas A & M.

I could see Oklahoma State looking to the Pac-12 again.

I'm rather biased against North Carolina from the accreditation/non-accreditation mess a while back, but I understand the appeal from certain perspectives.

Virginia would be the academic plum, IMO.

Would Texas A & M try to work out an exit to the Big Ten? Is that even a plausible option? From all indications, they want no part of being in the same conference with the Longhorns and Sooners....may have no practical recourse, though.
