Wasn't able to see the first half so not sure if BTN showed the pre-game introductions, but Kevin Stallings alluded to a nice ovation he received from the crowd last night (he said it was a better ovation than he ever received as a player). Did the PA announcer give him a special introduction or was the ovation given after he was introduced as Vandy's head coach per usual?

At any rate, classy gesture by the fans at Mackey...I would expect nothing less.

Ovation was after intro as coach, ex player and MEMBER OF 1980 FINAL FOUR TEAM. I think the last item got the big response.
