So what's up on the recruiting weekend?

If anybody has any news, or speculation, or twitter news...please share. I think that from this weekend comes 4 commits. I want Mykelti Williams to just get it over already! Commit Mykelti! And Justin Harris, while you and mom are at Purdue, you might as well commit too! Hey Justin that #7 looks good on you! And Wright and Zico would make for a dangerous duo in Brohms offense. And Johnson, you didn't come all this way just to hang out...commit now! We are all waiting for you guys to say YES TO PURDUE!

Most of the guys visiting have other official visits scheduled. It is unlikely they would sign with us before taking the other planned visits. We still have some guys over the next few weeks coming up to visit. I would LOVE to see a Dline of Harris, Mcdougle, Robinson, and Johnson (especially when he adds some weight). That would end up being a very good Dline after a few years playing together. I don't know that we get all four, but I'd love to grab at least 3 of them. We offer immediate play time. No need to red shirt and not much ahead of them. We just need to shore up that Oline, which this it looks like JUCO players for the short term fix and next year he will go after the freshman to fill all the holes. Have some very talented WRs and DBs signed up to play. It is understandable for them to wait until after all of their visits even though as a Purdue fan we would love to have them locked in as soon as possible. CJB appears to have a vision and know what he is doing. Now it's time to start grabbing people off that wishlist and locking them in!

I joined Twitter this weekend just to keep up a little better with what's going on. Just to keep the creepiness out of it, I just followed @boilerfootball and @Goldandblack.com, I don't think I'll follow any recruits.

As we all know, this is a big recruiting weekend for Purdue. And I will agree it's a big recruiting weekend for every other school as well. Has anybody heard of any Purdue targets or offers committing elsewhere? I saw a onetime 4* WR target Harris committing to OSU. And that 3* TE target committing to Minn.

This is not a sour grapes post. I'm just curious if my favs like Sharpe, Potts and Moore are still available or if anybody else has decommited elsewhere like that ND or OSU kid might now be in our sites?
