So can Doumbia play tomorrow?

Now that the NCAA this afternoon passed a blanket waiver for the immediate eligibility of all D-1 transfers, can Rokia Doumbia play tomorrow night? Coach seems to feel she could be immediately helpful. (See my notes of her press conference below).

Versyp said in her radio show Monday that McLaughlin “would be practicing in another week or so.” Also that Harmon was already practicing.
