One has a star who leads the nation in assists, as in accessories to murder, another has a coach who was fired and banned for cheating and lying about it, and a third is under investigation for a line of major violations but gets to keep adding to its titles in the meantime.

And then we have Purdue. The Boilermakers aspired to fit in with their more esteemed colleagues, but it never got cold enough in the second semester for them to all get busted running in the Nude Olympics.
 
Welcome to the modern world of college sports. There will be those "thug" programs and then those who try to play by the rules.

I would prefer a clean program that doesn't win championships over a dirty program that does because at the end if the day, I have a clean conscious.

Sadly, not everyone here agrees with that. Just like the IU fans who long for the days when Samscum was their coach. If you want to be associated with a winner that badly, you don't deserve it.
