Just got off the phone with Henley for our Entrance Interview, and he said he has to finish up one more class, so he'll be heading to Purdue June 17 (Wednesday) next week.

The rest of Purdue's incoming players are supposed to report at 11 a.m. Saturday and then they'll have a newcomer meeting at 4 p.m. There will be a full team meeting on Sunday.

Henley doesn't anticipate anything going wrong with the class -- he says he has a 3.5 GPA -- but just needs to close it out.

He could be a pivotal piece to Purdue's defensive front next season, biding for time with ends Gelen Robinson and/or Evan Panfil. Considering the staff told him they'd like him at 275, he'd seem more of a run-stopping end, though he really would like to play the "rush" end spot and use his speed to get to the QB. We'll see what shakes out.
