I just wanted to post about how happy I am that the Purdue football cancer known as Morgan Burke is finally out of our beloved team. It really is just hitting me now how lucky we are to finally be rid of such a man. I have been a fan of Purdue football since I moved to Indiana when I was 9 years old and the team has always had a special place in my heart.
Burke tried to cripple them through his "penny smart pound foolish" business attitude. To the passionate Purdue football fans we should truly be excited for a new era. The more information that comes to light about Burke's extreme penny pinching ways, the more and more grateful I become that he is finally gone. While our past coaches were bad, the lack of financial and administrative support made them 10X worse. We finally had a bright future my Boilermaker football family. We can truly start to believe good things will happen now that the cancer is gone.

BOILER UP!!

Check out the thread I started just below yours....I attached a photo that showed Burke sitting directly next to Coach Brohm. That image gives me a sick feeling in my stomach that the village idiot is allowed to be anywhere near what MBob is doing.

EDIT: I won't simply edit and delete because frankly I'm not above being corrected when I am wrong, but please see below a few where I notice my mistake on this one...DOH

And he's still on the payroll for another half mill thru 2017!
How does he even look at himself in the morning....

No, but I don't need to continue bitching about it either. There are enough shitty things in life currently going on that I don't see a need to start anew with old ones that are finished.
No we are far from recovered but continuing to rehash M B shortcomings serves no purpose. If the gist of the OP was more of a warning/hope against falling into the financial trap to which Purdue fell prey, perhaps it would make some sense, but just another "Bad Burke" thread sux.
