undoubtedly a great job by coach painter this year..talent level down a little and the turmoil with barlow and the bar incident,,,,,,,, but!!!! i have always hated the prevent defense in football which usually ends up preventing a team from winning.. (it does work on occasion, but not a high percentage) and our last two offensive series'' were exactly that.. run the clock down to 11 or so seconds and then be in the desperation mode... Just run the offense and try to get a decent shot or maybe a foul,, don't just give the ball back when you got the lead via a forced shot or a turnover,, i have seen it many times,, not just purdue but many teams..that's all
