Sorry to bring this back up but this dude was without a doubt a cancer. Dude obviously hated being here and hurt the team by his selfishness. Showing his true colors: “@showtheworld3: CJ Walker has too much sauce to his game.. Great decisionâ€￾

Is Ronnie smart enough to have an opinion of his own?

I only ask because I've seen his lack of judgement on the court.

Considering Purdue was unquestionably better without him, RJ is just making himself look worse. Considering he was whining about "lack of opportunity" despite starting a vast majority of the games he was here, he already looked pretty bad.

Have fun playing in front of tens of people at Houston, Ronnie.

Yeah, but if Ronnie would have gotten an extra minute a game...I'm sue he would have been awesome;)

Keep it classy, Ronnie.

This from the guy who was saying all the right things in public, then doing the opposite behind the scenes. And all the while, undermining his brother's team.

Terone needs to pound his younger brother

Ronnie and his dad are embarrassing the family.

Only a couple more years of people caring what he tweets. Then we'll just care if he gets our orders correct in the drive-thru.

I think you've gone a little overboard DrEss. I mean, assuming this kid could get and hold down a job? That's a strong endorsement!

It might be, but don't go on social media blasting your old team. You are probably gonna get some harsh responses. People don't like their alma mater and favorite team being ripped especially by that type of person. This comment even pissed off Hummel: "@RobbieHummel: @showtheworld3 I'd say Etwaun Moore has some sauce in his game. He was a pretty good player at Purdueâ€￾

Exactly this. He opened up every bit of crap that is coming his way when he posted that on twitter. Nice come back by Robbie though!

I despise just about everything about twitter - but today is a day that I'm glad it exists. RJ is getting destroyed on the twitter. Very fun to watch.

Ronnie is doing this to himself with his comments. I defended him when he was on the team, but I have no issue with this thread now.

What is sauce? If RJ had it, it must mean: to be able to careen to the basket one handed with your head down. Rarely is said sauce served with an assist.

I was neither a hater nor a huge fan of Ronnie while he was here, but stuff like this makes me really glad he's gone.

"Sauce"? Is that the stuff he sprinkled over our transition offense to make it one of the worst in D1 basketball? Hold the sauce, I say. Maybe learn how to shoot a jumper instead.

Funny, lots of sauce, no meat inside. Just a pile of ketchup. ego >> capability.

Who knows? Maybe Sampscum can get the kid turned around, or at least get him introduced to a good dealer.

There are some kinds of sauces that just don't mix well with dancing or 20 win seasons. We've been much better when we hold the sauce here...

To be fair and I agree about R Johnson being selfish and the team better without him. Johnson has been trashed on this board pretty good. I am sure he knows it and what has been said about him. Best to just ignore him.

How, precisely, are you "sure" RJ knows this?

you are not "just ignoring" this -- YOU just trashed him by calling him selfish, and saying Purdue is better off without him...

Why didn't you take your own advice and just ignore him???

oh, wait- I get it now-- now that YOU'VE had the chance to trash him, everyone else should just ignore him .

More stellar logic from "RJ Boiler".

I bet his FG% goes up next year. All those empty red seats makes for a nice shooting backdrop.
