Need Haas in on Happ along with Biggie. A small lineup against a big Wisconsin team doesn't make sense. CMP finally has the right lineup now.

Haas, Haas, Haas...and Biggie in 2nd half if we going to win this.

Good win, but I still a little critical of CMP lineup in the beginning of the game. He needs to be more flexible in his starting lineup, against bigger lineup like Wisky we needed Haas in there from the beginning. A few of us seems to understand this like "Do Dah Day", "tjreese" and a few others. CMP should know this more than anyone but...

What you don't seem to understand is that the starting lineup isn't always most important. Haas was in foul trouble in the first half just coming off the bench.

Exactly. He's missing the forest for the trees.

We won cus he finally had the right lineup in there. I don't need anyone who doesn't understand basketball fixing my post. Thank you.

Your profound analysis of "They went big, so we have to go bigger," doesn't exactly make you a basketball expert either.

You know who is a basketball expert? Matt Painter.

Starting lineups mean nothing...it is adjusting as the game goes on...sometimes our lineup forces our opponent to make changes....How we finish is what counts....this was a good day

Did it seem like Ethan Happ could have been called for 10 fouls that game but wasn't? It seemed like he reached in on every opportunity or was in our player's face. It just seems like they are called often as fouls the other way around. Also, anyone else notice after Haas missed the dunk only to get another chance dunk Matt Haarms celebrating?

Second person to mention Haarmes celebration. Disappointed I didn't catch it this time but I've seen him a few times already in the short time he's been with the team. Having players celebrating for one another is so important for a team. Hopefully he will be the one causing the celebration in the future but right now that helps us without him stepping on the court.

Nobody says that the starting lineup is the most important thing in a game. But after seeing that Biggie was having some trouble guarding Happ in the first half, Haas should have at least started the 2nd half. It was obvious that a knowledge fan saw that Happ had much more difficulty with Haas size & strength. We stretched the lead and won cus Haas was in later in the second half.

I said in a previous thread that Biggie will have some trouble with Happ and needed Haas on Happ to be effective. You should at the very least try to watch and understand the game more before talking out of your ass...

Did you consider that CMP might have preferred Vince to guard Hayes instead of Biggie?

I had to rewatch that part to see haarms in the background - kid has some hops for that size!

we will need a nickname for those two next season - haarms and haas
(all can think of is hearing nelson from the simpsons, saying haa haa.
or haarm and hammer.)

at about the 1:09 mark for Haarms....

Hayes this year has basically became just an outside jump shooter and he wasn't even effective last night doing that. Having Biggie on him would have save Biggie any foul trouble whatsoever. I don't think anyone will argue, except maybe "TC4THREE" as he like to argue :D, that Haas was the only one effective in guarding Happ last night.
CMP had Haas in there enough last night for the win, but Haas should have started the 2nd half.

Go check the game thread. I called the same thing during the game. That doesn't mean Haas is going to play the entire game.

Reason #39487293723894792 as to why you negatwitts aren't coaching.

STFU. This was not even remotely negative, it's more constructive criticism more anything else which any reasonable person could see.

This board certainly don't need anyone like you who couldn't tell the difference between wanting more for this team and attacking this team.
