Recruiting question from a newbie

P.S. Roma must win tonight's game, italian soccer needs so badly two teams in the Champions League top 16.[/QUOTE]

If they do not beat BATE, which they are not now, something tells me Rudi won't last until the break, maybe not even the week. I would love that to open the door for Ancelotti, but I can't see that happening. They have some major holes on defense that absolutely need to be addressed during this winter mercato. Knowing Sabatini, however, I'm sure we will get a couple more 20 year old wingers from South America.

Ahah, very good prediction. Roma clearly needs a couple of defenders but today quality centre-backs and full-backs are so difficult to find and have crazy high value. I like the idea of Florenzi as a full-back btw, I think he has all the qualities to be a very very good one.

But we are waaay out of topic. To return a little bit more to the thread argument, what do you think that Purdue will need more from the 2017 class? I don't see many problems in the backcourt if Carsen is good like it seems, with already PJ, Mathias and Cline but you can always use quality ball handlers. Maybe the Boilers need more a big and a SF?

I'm not saying that they can't see it, obviously they can. I'm just saying that is easiest for a gm to draft a guy with stats like 30 mpg, 16-17 ppg, 10 rpg and 3+ blks, because media and fans love good stats (probably too much).
I may be wrong, but I'm with New Pal.

But to answer your question, AJ may hit close to those numbers, with fewer than 30 minutes. The rebounding will be the tougher numbers to hit, but it's really up to him. If he plays hard every minute he's in the game and takes his team far into the tournament, everyone will notice and no one will have a problem drafting him.

Ok, I can see your point and it makes sense.
