Recruiting: Jairus Brents

I read last month that we were in his top 10. I have not found any info on his recruitment since. We have multiple DB's in the 2018 recruiting class already, but he is ranked a lot higher than anyone who has committed so far. Has anyone heard if we are still in the running for this kid?

Kid from WC? I believe he's committed to Iowa. He's a little overrated if you ask me. He's a string bean right now.

Ok. Wasn't sure. I think Justin Brent's is the DB from Warren central going to Iowa. Sorry. My mistake.

He is from Louisville KY. On paper he sounds like he would be a great addition but I haven't seen him play. I would imagine that we are still pursuing him if he is still interested, but that is an assumption on my part.
