Yeah, that play and Zach's previous dunk where he had his guy backed all the way under the cylinder practically and Gillis found him - both were amazing and Zach looked much 'quicker' than last year (IMHO)..

Purdue's bench - 5/10 from deep and 7 assists.....and led by Cam Heide's 10 points.
Definitely a good game for our Boilers! Let's hope they keep up the style of play (and 3 pt shooting) against better opponents...
Well done, Boilers - 98-45 over the Samford Bulldogs. 13 players score, led by Zach Edey (16) and Camden Heide (13).....29 assists (Braden Smith (7) and Ethan Morton (5)) on 34 FG's made - that is outstanding.
16/29 from 3pt-range......couldn't ask for a much better start to the season. Samford was definitely out-matched, but they will win some games - didn't see Purdue having too much trouble, but I didn't expect THAT big of a beatdown either.

It might not mean all that much, but 8 minutes into the MSU game I sure prefer the way that Purdue started the season.
