An “FBI informant” sues FOX for defaming him by “creating and disseminating destructive conspiracy theories" that he was an FBI informant. Pretty ballsy. Lol.

Great work Bob! Thanks for your TDS update of the day!

Interesting case since the FBI is covering up its involvement, as is its custom to keep us all "safe." Right Bob?

So, not surprisingly, this changes nothing for you. Epps is literally going to court and testify that he wasn’t working for the FBI on 1/6……….which is the fundamental basis for the lawsuit against FOX……who repeatedly implied he was.

Gotta give the guy credit. Really sticking to his story. Going to pay a lawyer a ton of cash…….not to mention perjure himself and risk going to prison………all to keep his FBI work secret.

Time for your best ever pretzel logic.

Why do you believe this guy but do not believe Bobulinski or Shapely?

Why hasn't one of the Bidens sued Bobulinski for stating publicly and repeatedly that Joe was in on the deals?

So, Epps, who was let off for his involvement, is now being prosecuted and his answer is that it's Fox's fault? Not his own actions? I mean, this should just show the ineptitude of the FBI if they couldn't find anything to charge this guy with on the first go around. They have people in jail that they still haven't charged that did less than Epps did.

Just think for one second. Why, if Epps didn't do anything wrong since he was let go the first time, would they be charging him now? How does that make any sense to you, if it's not to cover for the idea that he was working with the Feds?

Pretty funny statement, btw, since Epps himself texted a nephew and claimed he orchestrated the whole thing:

"a fantastical story in which Ray Epps — who was a Trump supporter that participated in the protests on January 6th — was an undercover FBI agent and was responsible for the mob that violently broke into the Capitol and interfered with the peaceful transition of power for the first time in this country's history."

What's Abrams say about it, if you can understand him?

Undercover FBI agent or FBI informant?

Does it matter? In both cases he's an agent of the government trying to encourage illegal action that may not have been as bad as it ended up being, or may not have happened at all without these agent provocateurs.
An FBI agent is obviously a sworn law enforcement officer. An FBI agent is no more than any Joe Smo off the street.

How would we know, fauxgrad? The FBI doesn't list its informants. What we do know is Epps loudly encouraged people to "go into the Capitol" and then texted his nephew to brag he orchestrated it. For that, he faced no arrest or charges.

My guess is he was working for an informant for some police state entity, so he can claim that despite his actions and lack of arrest, he was not technically working for the FBI or feds.
