While watching the Ohio State /Iowa womens BB game a question came to my mind Can someone answer it for me. The Ohio State coach hired an assistant coach who happened to be the high school coach and father of 2 players(the MItchells) who also enrolled at Ohio State(just happens to be the top freshman player in the coun try probably). Isn't that considered an illegal inducement to hire your father and coach the same year you are recruited? You can't offer jobs to family members in any other field to induce them to send their kids to your school? Do have to give credit to Mcguffie(?) he fits right in at Ohio State(no scruples).
