Our Defense is awesome. might win ugly but going to be in every game. Make outside shots and offense will be damn near unstoppable.
Any win on the road is BIG, but I will never call this a great game. We have a lot to work on. If we played a team with a competent offense tonight, we lose by 20.

I will correct to a great win. Gotta win the uglies on road. In the BT just a typical night.
So we broke a 4 game losing streak to them but I bet that Painter's record in Madison is pretty damn good. 500?

It was an interesting ride.....but I'm getting too old for this......
Rebounding was big in the 2nd half. We can't brag about limiting turnovers to 5 in one half. That's good, but hardly excellent work! I guess by our standards...sigh. We gotta get the first half turnover issue under control.

How about a shout out for coach Brantley. Our bigs continue to improve and have much improved footwork around the basket. Knew AJ could play D but his post moves are winning games for us.
Why do so many people think that if we play a great offensive team that we will get dominated? We have the best defense in the country. Butler, Pitt and New Mexico are high scoring teams. We kept the scores low. We can keep any team from scoring their season average which will give us a chance to win any game.
