Dakota is hot...........best player the last few games
This. Bad shots and bad passing so far. Exactly the reason CE isn't a permanent fixture in the starting lineup. He cleans that up and he'll never leave the floor. Until then it's kind of hit and miss.
Collins is a good coach. I like his game plan to immediately double team Biggie or Haas. I think some teams have doubled us, but not send the guy on the entry pass. Really forces Biggie or Haas to immediately pass and the other guys aren't making them pay.
I like Painter's counter to put them (Biggie / Haas) on the floor at the same time. That way, when the double comes, we have the other big man (Biggie or Haas) to also be in the post for a potential opportunity.
Northwestern looks good. This will be a tough game. Seems like a nice crowd too.

Isn't it crazy how I'm actually glad Biggie is taking those shots this year?
You gotta give a a kid like that a really long leash. We haven't had many like him, Willie Deane was the last one, so you gotta let him learn in the court, not on the bench.
How long a leash you want to give him? He just completely made that drive a much tougher finish than it needed to be and cost us a basket and a foul. Can't let him cost us games.
