1) We don't need to add a transfer pg. If Purdue wants to win, the answer is already on the team. Mathias needs to make the transition this off season. He's the best passer on the team already. Has a 3 pt. shot that will keep the D honest and his D was much improved this season. We can't keep running out undersized pg that can't shoot. CE may end up the answer, but I'm not ready to turn the keys over to a freshman without a plan B.

2) Fences have been mended this year with Rick Mount. It's now time to add him to the coaching staff as a shooting coach. Purdue is pathetic at developing shooters and we have one of the most prolific shooters in NCAA history as an alumnus. Guess what he does, teach shooting and runs camps. Time for Purdue to make him an offer he can't refuse. I don't care if we have to name Northwestern Ave. Rick Mount Way (which isn't a bad idea either). Doesn't have to be full time, let him name his terms, but we need him to be part of Purdue basketball.

3) Convince Kendall to stay and make him part of the rotation next year. He will be a senior and we need his leadership. Like him or not, he's a shooter and we need all of those we can get. If you hire Mount, he can also work with Kendall and all the guards. Kendall has length and skills we need, it's on Painter to get the most out of him.

4). Save the scholarships we have and start recruiting like a mother. The 17 class is loaded and it's time for CMP to earn his money. Land 2 or 3 of those guys and Purdue's future will be secure.
