Look at all those Freshman, Purdue should have a mental and physical advantage.

Iowa's freshmen seem to be adapting to the college game quickly. Moss, Pemsl, Cook, and Dailey give this season's Iowa team better overall athleticism than last season's squad.

Thanks for this info. I didn't realize how young iowa was but it does make sense when I think back to last year's team. iowa's slow start makes more sense too.

Is Cook as good as his numbers suggest? Good for a freshman big.

Size and experience suggest Haas and Swanigan should have their way. I'll be very disappointed if a team this young upsets in its first conference road game

Iowa can compete in the backcourt. Frontcourt could get ugly.

Pemsl, Baer, and Cook (from what little I've seen of him) look ready to fight for supremacy for an entire game. Also, Frantrum knows how to get his guys to play that 3/4 court press against the Boilers (as we Purdue fans unfortunately saw last season).

Cook's been out for several games (has played in 6 of their 13 games thus far, as mentioned above) but is slated to play Wednesday night.

blow them out and put fran in a mental institution. If he doesn't get carried out of the arena in a white straight jacket I'll be disappointed.

Get on them early and step on their throats. No repeat of last year.

I can almost guarantee that they'll throw that 3/4 court press at Purdue again tonight. Experience and having CE (and possibly Albrecht) can help them beat it then score against it or into their halfcourt set(s).
