Purdue football is set to hire Noah Joseph as general manager for the program. The general manager position is an off the field role on the staff that includes working on the personnel side. It has become a growing trend in college football for programs to hire a general manager.

Joseph was with Missouri as a defensive analyst for the last two seasons before coming to West Lafayette. He also had a stint at Rutgers as the co-defensive coordinator and safeties coach. Others stops in Joseph’s coaching career include Indiana, North Texas and Montana State.

Tom Dienhart was the first to report the news.
