Refs just have a preference to protect the dribbler on drives more so that physical play inside. All this and Purdue still there as they are getting some easy baskets. Not sure the FT difference?

Bittle just had more contact on loyers drive than any of the last 4 calls against us. Absolute ****ing 1 sided game. Big ten remains one of the worst officiated leagues in all of college basketball

Down 1 at half after how badly we’ve played is a good sign. Fire it up second half and I can see a comfortable win.

I don't like bitching about the refs but it's worthy today. Only being down 1 after that sh!tshow is shocking.

Welp - as poorly as Purdue shot the ball, down a point at half 30-31 isn't all that bad. Gicarri Harris doing some good things. Boilers need something from Cox/Colvin, although Colvin picked up two quick cheap ones to go to the bench.

TKR/Loyer hopefully will make a few 2nd half. 9/10 from the FT line is a bright spot.

Typical grinder road test with some home cookin - have to embrace and overcome. Need a tough 2nd half effort from the Boilers.

Fletch has been rushed a bit. This is a game I think that a few three balls to extend their D out of the lane would help. They will cover fletch and Braden seems short on his shots. Need Myles and/or Cam or CJ to help behind the arc

refs are pretty bad, Furst couldn't rebound because the guy had his one arm, Furst bodied on the dunk attempt then down the court their guy puts on an act going by Burgess, the TO before going out of bounds was horseshit. We are getting hammered underneath and they do alot of bumps on our guys when they walk by after the plays dead

As Bardo would say…”I’ll tell you what”, Purdue did not have a good shooting half, except for TkR’s 5-5 from the stripe. Need a better backcourt performance in the 2nd half. Very winnable game, they just need a B grade this half to get it done. Go Boilers!

seems like it all depends how these refs are going to call the game, right now they are controlling it

Smith also has to either shoot it or get rid of it in the paint, IMO - Oregon doing well harassing him there.
