My takeaway was that at times it sounded like Purdue was the home team. Bodes well if Purdue plays in Detroit.

I'm going to be Mr. Silver Lining Guy and state there were some positive signs I saw despite some struggles.

We shall see come Saturday night......hope it's a Bay City Rollers' moment.....

Also, Mason Gillis gets time-and-a-half for his work in 25 minutes.....8 points/8 boards, and when Purdue was teetering down the stretch going scoreless for almost 4 minutes - he hit the dagger to defang the Wolverines.

Painter sometimes play`s the clock a little too early when he has a commanding lead! It`s cost Purdue in the NCAA as well as the big ten. He could be a great coach instead of a good coach if he would watch an learn from his mistakes!!!
