they exchange Illini for NW, move Minny in between Mich and osu, and get their bye moved up a week. Didn't know a team can do that, thought the conference makes them up
Interesting. Thought I saw somewhere that the conference was planning multiple changes to scheduling, such as swapping the home/away games between Purdue & nebraska and Purdue & wisconsin for 2022. In both cases without an adjustment Purdue would play on the road(nebraska) and at home(wisconsin) two years in a row unless changed.they exchange Illini for NW, move Minny in between Mich and osu, and get their bye moved up a week. Doesn't it seem like someone may have noticed that BEFORE setting/releasing the schedule, and, if it is an issue, maybe addressed it at that time?Interesting. Agree. We're still seeing the impact of the scheduling changes made in the 2020 season. Today's announced changes in the Purdue schedule for 2022 are part of that and I imagine it'll continue throughout the conference. Like you I don't understand why the changes couldn't have been done much earlier.Doesn't it seem like someone may have noticed that BEFORE setting/releasing the schedule, and, if it is an issue, maybe addressed it at that time?
It is not as if they pose tentative or suggested schedules.
With this, how in the world can there be even feigned expectations that the conference could somehow get a postponed basketball game rescheduled with any common sense involved? Why were the schedules released to the public? Should have only been released to University Athletic Departments eyes only, then 1 week to review, 1 week to edit and release at the end of January 2022.
Docuware, Dropbox business, Sharepoint could all fulfill the B1Gs needs.
Do they have an intern scheduling and working in the janitorial closet?

We absolutely did. It was 2013 and 2014.With this, how in the world can there be even feigned expectations that the conference could somehow get a postponed basketball game rescheduled with any common sense involved?
I could be wrong, but, I thought Purdue played...in all places...in Gloomington in back-to-back years, and, that the conference deemed it "an anomaly".
I don't necessarily care that Purdue is hosting Nebraska and going to Madison now (although I admittedly liked it better as it was), but, I don't get the other date changes...I mean, just switch where the game was to be played and maintain the dates...I assume it had something to do with consecutive home games or road games, and, thus resulted in additional changes.
Regardless, the B1G looks inept given what has happened...not a real stretch given a lot of other things that have happened in recent years.
How in the world could they get something so simple (schedule release) so wrong?
Purdue changed is schedule too.
Nebraska at home. Wisconsin away. And at Minnesota slides up two weeks earlier. All good things. Especially playing earlier than later at Minny.

The conference does make up the schedules. PSU didn’t make this change. The BIG did.they exchange Illini for NW, move Minny in between Mich and osu, and get their bye moved up a week. Didn't know a team can do that, thought the conference makes them up
