..........Vegas has PSU favored tomorrow, what is going on with Purdue sports............bad enough we had to struggle through that god awful football season, now in hoops were a dog to the last place team in the conf..............

It is amazing to me that it is status quo with Purdue athletics when the key teams are performing historically poorly. Clearly performance does not matter - at least to the leaders.

I thought Mitch was all about measurement and continuous improvement. Apparently it is ok to watch one's brand get hammered on national tv on weekends.

I am with you on that point BoilerStutz..............I really thought when Mitch got here, that he would do a little house cleaning. He appeared to be a person that would not tolerate losing and wouldn't allow mediocrity to continue to filtrate our sporting venue! I guess I was clearly wrong!

greetings from Estero, Fl. Mitch has to clean adminstration before he can start on athletics. Cordova brought in over 20 administrators at 6 digit salaries which must be examined and then pruned. When he is able to address atletics, look for many retirements and departures, he is not a fan of non performance.

Haha. All in sarcastic fun.

Yeah, I find sunny negative, but the last few years have been pretty bad. Im not sure why someone would be optimistic frankly. Plus he posted a lot in 2013 and in my book if you posted in 2013 to decipher that mess outside of game day you have my respect as a fan.

Not to mention that Ive met more extremely negative downtrodden Purdue fans in my time than any other school/team.

Granted I have more exposure to them, but pretty sure that holds on a per capita.

So glad basketball has truned for the better.

I mean in my day, even the guys in Triangle kicked sand in a Pike's face. And yeah, I used the word thunk on purpose. Had to retype it 5 times to override spell check. I do finally realize it should have been you're instead of your, that was spell checks fault too, that's what it was. You should start a thread about what players from this recruiting class people are excited about. You got more clout than I do even though you don't know jack diddley about Boise State's success! Plus, I gotta go to work.

Hahahaha... You are the only one Ive noticed that keeps it that light hearted consistently.

Im more excited about what the Sophmores and RS Freshmen can do.

If Im not going to throw 'Fire Hazell' tantrums every week I need to see those kids do something worth watching. This should be a pretty deep team experience wise. Should be enough to crowd out the new kids for at least a year.

As a guess, I bet Jones, Bailey, Dawson, and McCann play just enough to burn a year for no reason Monteroso style. Maybe Wells too.
