How are “costs going down” if the government pays for something. Yes, the people receiving the benefit spend less, but the “costs” isn’t going down…Bidenomics 101…make if free so there is “zero” cost. Meanwhile the deficit just keeps climbing and people wonder why the price of goods goes up
