I've been in the capitol and was escorted. Did I breach the capitol? I know some did breach the capitol and others were ushered in as you say. It is much more concerning about the use of the auto pen by someone than the people that rioted in protest of the insurrection.

The police were outnumbered 50-1. They weren't going to try to take anyone into custody under those circumstances. Let the protestors wander around until they got bored and left.........and escort them in sensitive areas.

The point on time that the racist deplorables entered the Capitol walking around, perhaps escorted in by police were the early birds from the KKK rally with Chump at the White House. This was way before the rest of the racist deplorables got to the Capitol when all hell broke loose when they are climbing the walls, getting on the Capitol roof, beating Capitol police, with some to the point of passing out. This looks like a scene out of “Resident Evil”. Also by this time more and more deplorables are pouring inside the Capitol raising havoc and threatening the lives of Congress and the VP. Throwing human feces on the wall. Breaking into offices of the congressional members and destroying property. Chancing police up and down stairs. Finally a cop responded and shot and kilt a crazy deplorable breaking into a door and window just several feet from where congress folks were hiding. Do you have any concept of police tactics during a riot? Once the Capitol was breached the cops aren't going to start arresting people and risk inflaming the situation? As you can plainly see in the first YouTube video, the people are already in the building. The badly outnumbered police are trying to diffuse the situation. What else would you expect them to do or say? And while the one video says three hundred people came in through another entrance, you've got nothing that shows police ushering people into the Capitol before the breach.

SOME Proud Boys were wrongly convicted and those are the ones suing the government for $100 million.
It’s about as much of an insurrection as Jan 6th was. I don’t think people actually know what an insurrection is.
Bob, one of the five convicted Proud Boys wasn't in Washington on Jan 6th. He was home. Nonetheless, Enrique Tarrio was sentenced to 22 years in prison for seditious conspiracy. The other four deny taking part in violence.

My point is that we do not know the extent of FBI involvement in Jan. 6, and until we do any claims about what actually happened are purely speculative.
