Prominent Jan 6 political prisoner released

When consciousness of guilt and deliberate bad intentions are in the equation? Trump is the worst President

The tragic unintended human consequences of Vietnam were far greater … so far.

A legit investigation of Jan 6 has not been conducted yet, but from court testimony it is known that elements of the police state were involved.
Hey Proud Boy sympathizer @Riveting- !

Remember when you repeatedly said that there had not been any convictions for "treason" as a result of the January 6th Trump-inspired insurrection?

Here's the latest instance of your ignorance. Four Proud Boy leaders, convicted by a jury of their peers of Seditious Conspiracy, will now be rotting in Federal prison for a decade or two:

Enrique Tarrio, three other Proud Boys convicted on seditious conspiracy

Not only no convictions, but no charges of treason to begin with.

Your post is the latest instance of your confused mental state.

The FBI's own PB informant testified for the defense.

Makes you wonder if the feds are once more withholding exculpatory evidence as they did in the shaman trial, right H2?.

You are just ignorant, or flat out deliberately wrong.

Sec 2384 Seditious Conspiracy IS the federal statute for conspiracy to commit Sec 2381 Treason.

You are equating conspiracy to commit treason to treason itself.

You are very careless with your terms. Is that more ignorance - or just another example of being flat out deliberately wrong, such as your absurd rankings of presidents?

No, I am equating a GUILTY VERDICT of Conspiracy to commit Treason with Treason. Both find the defendant GUILTY of Treason; one statute says that you were part of a group undertaking to commit Treason.

And, nice "whattaboutism" topic change to Presidential rankings! 🤣

Is a guilty verdict of attempted murder the same as one of murder? (no need for all caps in your reply).

Whataboutism is an attempt, usually futile, to give you some much-needed perspective on your total lack of self-awareness.

Good example!

Attempted murder is not the same as murder. I think you are conflating "attempt" and "conspire." They are very different. "Attempted" means you tried but did not necessarily succeed to commit a crime, which is a crime in itself. "Conspiracy" means you committed the underlying crime as part of a connected group.

So, a guilty verdict for a conspiracy to traffic drugs is largely the same as trafficking drugs; the difference is that the conspiracy defendant is convicted for the role in the group.

You need to contact this pub to submit a correction. You'll be a hero to them.

They are two birds of the exact same feather. In a nutshell:

Sedition is trying to overthrow the US Government
Treason is trying to aid a foreign nation in the overthrow of the US Government.

That is why the J6 criminals have been charged with Sedition, not Treason. You went on a limb back in late 2020 by saying that no one had been convicted of anything amounting to an insurrection. You were hoping that some grand conspiracy theory was true.

Instead, you have seen a steady progression of convictions of criminals who attempted to overthrow the US Government that were motivated to do so by Donaldo J. Trrrrrump.

Now let's see if you can answer like an adult without middle school insults, condescencion, or whattaboutism.

Your post in reviving this thread was, 'Remember when you repeatedly said that there had not been any convictions for "treason" as a result of the January 6th Trump-inspired insurrection?" as if that is no longer the case. That is still the case, right? Admit it or point to convictions for treason.

Hoping and grand conspiracy are your words, not mine, in trying to cover up your embarrassment at being so confused and misled by a police state you want desperately to believe in.

I was not 'hoping' for anything other the truth to come out, but based on experience, I was expecting that truth to involve corrupt elements of the DOJ/FBI. That now appears increasingly likely based on testimony and other legal statements that have been made.

Almost everything of the violence has been from Antifa and the left.

Proud Boys, stand back and stand by. Somebody has to do something about Antifa and the left because this is not a right-wing problem, this is a left-wing.
