Can somebody explain more in depth how these valuations are done?
I'm shocked that USC, one of the 2 or 3 top programs of all time, is only ranked 24. They are in a huge market and, for the last couple decades, haven't had any competition from the NFL.
It seems they should be valued much higher than teams like Iowa, Arkansas, or Washington.
