What will the coaching staff for the new coach look like? Coordinators and assistant coaches will be tremendously important (probably one of the biggest problems for the last two CDH's).

For the sake of argument--Look at the coaching staffs at WKU and WMU. Which do you think would have the most success coaching at Purdue and recruiting talent to Purdue?

Which of these two candidates would possibly be able to pull an assistant coach or two from some other college?

That is my problem with hiring PJ Fleck or whatever the guys name is from WKU. Who are they going to get as coordinators. This is why Purdue needs someone proven. Until they get someone proven it won't get any better. It comes down to more than just a motivation coach.
