One positive outcome to getting knocked off by a low seed , we help advance these low seed coaches on to better jobs , there was the coach at I think Arkansas Little Rock, then Shaka Smart moved up now , the FDU coach that just knocked us off , accepted the IONA job after Rick Pittino left , we are building other coaches careers.
