Democrat led cities fail it's citizenery nation wide. Yet because Dems leverage misery & poverty for votes, through handouts, I don't see things changing.

I am no genius, but took me about one afternoon working in the inner city projects, seeing the misery first hand, to NEVER vote Dem again. I don't understand Dems who support this evil vote buying scam the Dems use to pray upon the poor? Can someone on the left explain to me why they support this evil scam?
