Says that MN offense gained an extra 40+ yds just by O-Line pushing pile forward last Saturday. I knew it was way too much but had no clue that many yd? I would guess that 6'8" 400 Lbs LT-Faelele had something to do with that.I was surprised Jones thought he could get high enough to headbutt him

I no longer care really to be honest. I mean we know we are one dimensional when the weather sucks and our OL is undersized.

At some point, a LB or Free Safety has to get low plow in and grab legs and hold on for dear life. That stops all that b.s. Purdue should have adjusted after the 1st pushing event. Defense should be ashamed of how they handled that time and again without adjusting. Poor execution.

Yeah, we have been "scrummed" a few times since then. I put part of that on the refs as well, they don't seem to have any consistency on when to blow the whistle (at what point forward progress stops). It was a contributing factor to getting that personal foul call late in the NW game, IMO.
