Parity indicator?

I was kind of surprised to see that only four P6 teams lost fewer than 5 conference games this year:

UCLA (18-2)
Marquette (17-3)
Alabama (16-2)
Texas A&M (15-3)

This would seem to indicate the amount of parity in the top third of D1. There are 27 such teams in the other 20 D1 leagues that play at least 18-game schedules.

There is a ton of parity. The SEC schools have an asterisk because they only play 18 while most are playing 20.
