He just isn't very bright.
He can regurgitate all kinds of stats and facts that he has learned in his career and it makes him seem like he knows what he is doing.
The problem is he just isn't that smart. Those facts and stats don't mean anything when decisions need to be made in game. That's why you just see lip licking and that deer in the headlights look. He is just kind of dull.
That's not gonna change.
And until the new AD is hired and the administration actually demands success we are left with a below average coach who knows a lot of things about basketball.
