Tier V: Maryland, Rutgers, Indiana, Penn State

These teams unfortunately don't have a prayer of their season sprouting into anything other than an NIT bid barring a miracle. They all have serious ineptitudes whether it be coaching, roster construction, or just lack of talent. It's inevitable that they will be responsible for a few shocking results throughout the next two months, but they are shaping up to be the league's bottom feeders in 2024.

For what its worth, they have Purdue in Tier 1 by themselves, then T2 is ILL and WISC.

Indinia needs to win the game verrrry badly for their resume to get in….its almost a must win for them if they want to have any chance at the tourney. What are the odds their students storm the court if they win? 😂
