OT - VPN's - Which one is the BEST?

My wife is making me ask you all this. Are there any resident cyber geniuses on the board that advise which VPN is the best? I am leaning towards ExpressVPN but am now having second thoughts because Surfshark and NordVPN seem to get good reviews too. I have youtubetv so want to still be able to use that - please advise if you don't mind.
