It had an interesting article in it where it started with Piggy Lambert being the source of modern high scoring basketball that then was at its zenith under his disciple John Wooden and then Bobby Knight came along and pretty much ruined the beauty of basketball with defense. I'm definitely paraphrasing but it was a very entertaining article with a definite emphasis on those 3 individuals and their importance in the development of the college game. Obviously if you read the article SI would like for the college game to be sped up. Anyway if you happen to see the issue with Wilt Chamberlin on the cover it is worth a read.
