LOL. What Painter inherited was NOTHING REMOTELY LIKE the situation Crean came into and I wouldn't go acting like Purdue is infallible at home. Iowa (the team IU just took care of, on their home floor) came into your building and left with a W. They also took care of you in the same building IU just celebrated a B1G championship in, by 12 points if I remember correctly.

Dude, face it. IU only won this BT title because of their schedule and officiating. The sooner you accept that, the happier you (and they) will be. We learned that no one from the IU roster would start for PU and only Yogi (selfish, no leadership, and no defense) would see any material minutes for PU. IU sucks...we learned that from the Mackey crowd.

Iowa has been in a free-fall for the better part of a month. They are NOT the same team we faced early in the season. For you to say otherwise shows how little you know about basketball.

How do you explain IU's drubbing by 19 at the hands of MSU, a team we beat? How about IU's drubbing at Duke by 20?

Wasn't IU predicted as #14 or 15 in the pre-season? Where are they now? It appears they did exactly what was predicted of them with the easy schedule. Greg Gard is the easy answer. Could have easily lost that team and had a great second half.
