OT - Edey…

Well... I said that if he isn't getting 20 minutes a game they might give him G League time so that he could play full minutes. Maybe that's what you're referring to. In the same post I also said that if he's getting full minutes and succeeding that is best case scenario for the Grizzlies:

"Clearly they drafted Edey with hopes he'll be their guy, but they may want to get him development minutes so that they can build a rotation that can do damage in the playoffs. To get him on the court for 30+ minutes per game G League could work -- 15 minutes per game in Memphis is not the way for him to get there. But, if he can effectively handle 20+ minutes in their starting lineup then the G League won't be necessary."
You actually said that? Insane. Do you have any examples of lottery picks being sent to the g-league or any team official saying it benefits the team or the player being in the G league for “development minutes” over starting and 15-20 min of nba action? How do you even defend that? This post is so ridiculous it honestly invalidates any impartiality you try to tell us you have

Hasheem Thabeet

Haha. Mannnnn that guy.

Edey is loads better than him. But I know you know that
I had forgotten that he was also a Grizzlies pick (apparently trying to recreate the Big Country Reeves magic) 😂

Anthony Bennett is the other one and in both cases, being sent to the G-League was a really, really bad sign. If Zach doesn't improve at all from what he is now (he will, significantly), he's already much better than Thabeet and Bennett were at their best.
