One of my relatives was at a trade show in New Orleans and went to a bar to meet up with some colleagues for a drink and saw Drew, Matthew McConaughey, and I think Rob Lowe. They were doing a charity golf event in town and just having a drink. My relative bought them all a drink and thanked Drew for everything he has done for Purdue. He said Drew the others were the nicest guys and he ended up talking to them for about an hour. I am so glad he ended up at Purdue. He really is a class act.

Talking to Drew and McCounahey(sp) for an hour, thats pretty damn cool.

Yeah, I wish I would have been there. Drew invited him to a party at his house the next day but he did not go. The party was a charitable event aimed at raising money for some cause and since he did not have the money to give he did not go. He thought it was really cool though that the offer was extended though. Just shows how down to earth he is.
