Fils-Aime has to be 30 years old. Didn’t even know he was still on the team until he entered the portal. Great team guy, just not an SEC caliber player. Tee Hodge should be an LB but he’s convinced he’s an RB. Never dented the 4 deep. Evans is a stud with some maturity/mental issues. He’s every bit an NFL talent, but wouldn’t go to class and kind of withdrew from the team. He stated that he wanted to transfer closer to his son, then goes the opposite way to Louisville. He needs to get it together or he’ll leave a lot of money on the table. Evans is the only noticeable loss.

I was honestly like “3 RBs?” Evans sucked to lose but with a month to heal, Small and Wright are a very dangerous duo. All our RBs with 100 or more yards are averaging 5 ypc or more except Pierce and he’s a walk on.

We are thin there but we have 2 good ones. Both perfect for our offense. Evans would be a loss if he was ever healthy which he wasn’t much.

As a follow-up to this...since last October, Tennessee lost a total of 25 scholarship players to the transfer portal, including: 10 payers in their 2-deep and (based on player ratings) 7 of their 10 most talented players. These losses include, (2021 numbers players contributed to their new school):

Ty Chandler - 1,000 yards rushing and 200 yards receiving for UNC
Erik Gray - 300 yards rushing 200 yards receiving for Oklahoma
Henry To'o'to'o - 100 tackles (47 solo), 4 sacks for Alabama
Quavaris Crouch - 75 tackles (37 solo) 2 sacks for Michigan State
Brent Cimiglia - 11 of 16 FGs, 33 pats for Georgia Tech
Deandre Johnson - 25 tackles, 4.5 sacks for Miami
Brandon Johnson - 38 receptions, 560 yards, 11 tds for UCF
Jahmir Johnson - 11 game starter Left Tackle at Texas A&M
Key Lawrence - 46 tackles (19 solo) and 4 passes defended for Oklahoma

They have lost 5 quarterbacks from the program since the end of the 2020 season. The transfer portal has been like a sieve to UT football. This is just another way that Jeremy Pruitt was the gift that keeps on giving.
